A Private + Exclusive Froh Wellness Spa Experience

Before Arriving: Heal vs Digest:
Eat no more than an hour before your appointment so your body is available to resource its energies for healing not digestion. This also reduces the probability of snoring while resting reclined in our luxuriously padded zero gravity chairs in the salt cave.

What to Wear:
Layer your clothing. Loose comfortable clothing over your bathing suit, shorts, tank top, etc... for your skin to absorb the most amount of salt in our salt cave.

What NOT to Wear:
Any jewelry, perfumes, oils and/or deodorants which may react with our sea salt. No electronics in the cave as the dense suspension of salt in the air may damage them.

Upon Your Arrival:
As private guests in my wellness space both the front and back doors are secured for privacy, security and allows me to offer the highest quality of service being completely present without distractions or interruptions.

Two bathrooms:
One upstairs off the FROH Spa area, where you enter off Cascade, and one downstairs by the salt cave across from our back entrance off the 501 Columbia Parking lot to our space if you park there.

Your Wellness Memory Video: (optional and free)
During your experience, and with your permission, I will capture photos and video snippets to create a wellness video reel document your special day here. This will not be posted on social media without your permission.

What is your choice of sound while in the salt cave?
1 - Mediative Music
2 - Evening Crashing of Ocean Waves
3 - Crackling Fireplace with Gentle Rainstorm

Here are two video reels I have permission to share:

Parking:

The front door upstairs address is 508 Cascade Ave. Right next to the parking meter, you will see my benches and flowers. Just text which entrance you will be entering so I can unlock the door to greet you.

Hood River FROH Wellness Spa & Salt Therapy Reviews

REVIEW ★★★★★
I surprised my wife with their Couple's Package for our fifteen year anniversary. I think I was surprised even more than she was by the whole experience. Learned a lot. From the vibration plate benefits to submitting to the cinnamon steam (ha ha). The sound bowls were cool to tap and try and raking salt in the cave. My salt cave nap was so restful. Loved the photo with my wife in front of the cherub wing. FROH's treats was a tasteful way to awaken and welcome us back to reality.”

Oh, I love it. I love it. I've been in here a few times now. It's just amazing and it's just been peaceful. Time flies in the cave. It's been playing with the salt, making snow angels. So, if you haven't been down here, I really encourage you to check it out. Appointments set are by text, do so for a good time to come down and it's just an awesome place built with love. A really, really a wonderful sanctuary for healing.”

I recommend for an afternoon of rest and relaxation. This experience was wonderful! From the warm welcome to the relaxing vibration plate and salt foot soak. I loved the red light therapy, and most of all the cinnamon steam on my face! Ended the session with a peaceful hour in the salt cave which put me to sleep. And before we left enjoyed the hot stone on our feet with a chocolate treat. Loved everything about this experience, especially meeting the wonderful host!!”

Beyond a tourist attraction, it's a deep healing and reset experience. My sinus passages open up and my body just melted into a puddle of deep relaxation. I napped deeply, and decided to extend my stay with another session. So mindful and caring. An amazing job designing this cave installation. I'm absolutely coming back. For travelers, this unique healing experience will help to reset your mind and body.”

The Salt Cave is one of the most peaceful and grounding spaces I've visited. I'm on the road a lot traveling so it was a quiet sanctuary for me, which was deeply calming and powerfully centering. The natural design and energy invites you to slow down, breathe deeper, and reset. I also enjoyed the red light therapy, the cinnamon steaming, and a castor oil foot detox with warm Himalayan salt lamps underfoot. The perfect blend of comfort and care. A genuinely committed space for people to rest, heal, and feel better. Can't wait to return!”

The salt cave was amazing today. I wasn't really sure what to expect. It was an incredibly relaxing and really enlivening experience. Even though the most of the practice was completely still, I feel refreshed and renewed. My pores feel different. My whole body feels different from going through the experience. I just feel just better. It's hard to describe. I'm really looking forward to going and seeing how the rest of the day takes place with this new feeling in my body.”
